Loss of cognitive abilities from Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and traumatic brain injury—impacts everyday life for many. With desire to fully recovery—to remember and think clearly again—there is a demand to discover new ways to regain lost cognitive abilities. At the Burke Neurological Institute, we work across neurological conditions and abilities—Motor, Pain & Sensory, Cognitive, and Vision—to address symptoms as well as the cause.
A breakthrough for one person to restore ability could be a breakthrough for many, no matter how or why it originated.
