The search to find cures for chronic neurological disabilities and the transforming of groundbreaking research into clinical treatments so that people can see, talk, and walk again is the noblest of missions. The Burke Neurological Institute (BNI) and its renowned research faculty and staff have embraced this difficult mission by providing patients who have been given little hope of improvement by their doctors the optimism that a cure may be possible.
