Robert J. Baldoni

Mr. Baldoni is currently Chairman of the Board of the Burke Neurological Institute, Winifred Masterson Burke Foundation board member and former Vice Chairman of the Board of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, providing guidance to these institutions for over a decade. In addition, he is the Managing Member of Strategic Business & Financial Advisory LLC, where he is applying his over 40 years of "hands on" business and financial expertise as an independent, strategic business and financial advisor to a variety of companies and institutions.

For the eighteen years prior to his independent advisor role, he was the Founder and Leader of Ernst & Young’s Global Treasury Services Group. Under his leadership, the group was responsible for providing a broad range of strategic, financial and risk management services to the firm’s global client base.

Prior to joining E&Y, Mr. Baldoni was Co-owner and Managing Director of Emcor Risk Management Consulting and headed its consulting group, Director of International Finance at Sperry Corporation and Treasury Analyst at Texaco Inc.’s International Banking Division.  Mr. Baldoni was also with General Electric Company in a variety of financial management positions in the U.S. and Europe, including Manager Finance of GE’s London-based Financial Services operation for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Mr. Baldoni holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and was also the founder of the New York Corporate Treasury Association and is a Certified Treasury Professional.  He is a strong supporter of the Burke Neurological Institute and its mission to provide research dedicated to finding cures for chronic neurological disabilities, so that people can see, talk, and walk again.
