Stephen H. Baum

Stephen H. Baum is the President of The Point Group Network LLC. a practice in private leadership coaching of CEO’s that facilitates self-discovery and leads to higher performance and contentment. Leaders from various industries have entrusted Stephen and his expertise in leadership coaching. His work is a unique mixture of behavioral coaching, business analysis, performance science and empathetic, active, listening. His work spans the US, and the UK and caters to a mix of industries including private equity firms and hedge funds, and industrials.

After chairing a Vistage International CEO advisory board for 14 years, Stephen redirected his time and attention to pro bono work; namely, Business Executives for National Security Commission on National Emergency Response, Children’s Mental Health Clinic of Mountainview (re-framing and fundraising), Leadership Council of Harvard Community Partners of Northern California, mentorship of aspiring future leaders.

Stephen received a B.S.E. from Princeton University, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
