Susan Spector

Susan Spector is an experienced information technology and services industry executive with a demonstrated history of success.

Susan spent thirty six years with IBM, retiring last year. She has leadership experience in global services businesses in professional services, support, IT strategy, data and analytics, IT management, offering management, career development, coaching and customer relationship management. She led the transformation from a custom services business to a market driven offering portfolio services business, primarily in the area of cloud computing. Her experience at IBM included accountability for business line results as well as client success, encompassing hardware, software and services solutions.

Susan is passionate about driving innovation and transformation within an organization. Her success is grounded in her ability to build, motivate and retain top performing global teams. She has served as both mentor and coach for many young professional women and new executives. Susan’s long standing involvement representing IBM in education, business alliances and networking were aimed at instilling interest in technical careers. 

Susan earned her BS in marketing and management from Towson State University and her MBA in finance from Ohio State University.  She resides in Mahopac, New York.
