Lynn Bilotto

Lynn joined us from Vector Media in Manhattan where she filled the role of their first HR Director for six years and was previously with Transamerica/TAL International in Purchase, New York from 1991 – 2014 in various roles such as Legal Assistant, Contract Analyst and Human Resources Generalist. She has her PHR in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with over 17 years of extensive experience in Human Resources including employee recruitment/retention; training and development; payroll, benefits & compensation; organizational development; HRIS technologies; HR policies & procedures; and legal compliance.
