Sophie Karp

I am currently attending Colgate University and following a pre-med track. I created and executed an original study entitled "FGF23 induces cardiac hypertrophy independent of ANGII" under the guidance of Dr. Christian Faul at the Miller School of Medicine at Miami University last summer. I interned at the robotics department at Burke Medical Research Institute under the guidance of Dr. Mar Cortes and am currently training to be an EMT this summer. I have wide interests in the medical field, ranging from robotics to nephrology.
