Virtual SCI Circuit Training Programs

The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis has created an online SCI Circuit Training Program for anyone interested in exercising from home. Our program is designed to help participants get the most out of their time, beginning with a 5-minute warmup, 40 minutes of strength & cardio exercise, and a 5-minute cool-down.
One-hour sessions
Held twice a day (11 AM & 4 PM) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Remote Mindfulness Meditation

The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis offers 45-minute mindfulness sessions will be held in English followed by 45-minute sessions in Spanish.
Sessions are held every Friday from 2:30 – 3:15 PM
